Esky Baroque respects your privacy. This page explains what information is handled when you visit the website or use the staff area.
Browsing the site
You can read public pages without creating an account. The site does not currently use advertising trackers or analytics. Our hosting and security provider, Cloudflare, may process basic connection information such as your IP address, browser details, and the pages requested to deliver and protect the site.
Our email links open your own email application. If you write to us, we receive the address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond and handle your request. Email us at EskyBaroque@gmail.com if you want us to review or remove a message.
Staff accounts and photos
The staff area is for authorized Esky Baroque editors. When the site is deployed, Cloudflare hosts the site and photo storage; Supabase handles staff accounts, including email addresses and roles, and the content editors manage. Photos, captions, and credits become public when an editor publishes them. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
Staff sign-in uses two essential, HttpOnly cookies: esky_access (up to one hour) and esky_refresh (up to seven days). They keep staff signed in and renew the session; they are not used for advertising. On the staff photo uploader, your browser may temporarily save upload progress so an interrupted upload can resume. That progress is removed when the upload finishes.
The public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Links to Facebook, YouTube, and UP Wildcat Media take you to those services, which have their own privacy practices.

We will update this page if the site’s data practices change, such as adding a contact form, mailing list, analytics, or donations.
